Recently, a building under construction on Butler Boulevard in Bayville collapsed. An accident occurred during a windy and rainy morning. According to the police investigation, the strong winds seem to be a factor in that blows the roof over, and as result of which fell into the store.
Five construction laborers were sent to the hospital due to the injuries obtained from the accident. The injuries obtained by the laborers range from simple back pain to seriously broken legs.
As of present, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is still conducting a further investigation and gathering information about the accident with Philipsburg subcontracting company, Fredericks Contracting Limited Liability Company (LLC).
Apparently, the company president had not comment yet about the accident, while the president of the main construction said that the company’s safety director is now coordinating with the OSHA and the local authorities to determine the main cause of the construction accident. Meanwhile, fast and safe recovery for the injured laborers is being prayed for by everyone.
Strong wind might be the main cause of the accident. However, there are still lots of factors to look at during the investigation to determine the real cause of the accident.
Furthermore, authorities must conduct a speedy investigation to immediately determine the main cause of the accident. Therefore, other construction sites should then be warned to avoid similar construction accidents.

Adequate knowledge and driving skills are necessary for drivers especially teenagers. Participating in teen driving education program can lessen the occurence of accidents as well traffic violations.
There are driving schools that provide trainings on proper driving and discuss traffic laws. Just be sure careful in choosing your driving institution and check if they follow DMV standards.
In this training, participants will experience real life driving situations. Thus, teaching them how to move right in that scene.
It’s better to invest for education rather than paying for the damages or injuries that can be sustained in accidents due to lack of knowledge in driving.

It’s good and fun to drive and ride in fancy cars. But, it’s not worth it when its quality is sacrificed just to have good models.
Accidents due to car defects and malfunctions continue to arise.
I read from a blog, “Officer Saylor’s Family Files Lawsuit against Toyota for Fiery Crash” how Lexus model’s accelerator failed to function that caused the terrible accident.
I believe the family of the victim must get the proper compensation they deserve. Issues like safety recalls are a very serious matter and so Toyota and other auto makers should be able to report defects immediately.

One of the most precious commodity transported on the roads are children. They are one of the most vulnerable passengers.
Bus accident is one of the leading causes of injury and death for children and most of this happen in United States.
It is very disturbing to read news over and over about buses being rear ended by drivers who seems to pay less attention to the flash signal, SUVs colliding with buses in slippery roads and wrong way drivers who cause delays and sometimes accidents on the road – in short drivers who have bad driving attitude.
I guess those drivers must really be prepared before they get behind the wheels and stick the keys in the ignition. Drivers must not only be exceptionally skilled but also are disciplined and aware of safe driving measures. After all, the burden of responsibility lies on their shoulders.

Children do not have the proper knowledge and capability of protecting themselves against different kinds of danger. It is the role of the parents and other elders to give them the protection they need.
In the blog titled “Accidents Kids have to Endure,” the author discussed the different causes of injuries and deaths among children. It is heartbreaking to learn that many children die because of unintentional injuries. These injuries may be sustained due to the negligence of people who are supposed to provide them care and support.
Parents should also teach their children how to protect themselves because they cannot be supervised all the time. For example, they should teach their children how to swim, and how to call for help when needed.
